Belvidere apartment.....
Cons:
No adequate insulation - very drafty in apt. during the winter....can hear the people above me talking, playing music, etc.
Very old appliances (stove, fridge, coin op washers, etc..) The decor in my apt. is very old - cheap dark cabinents, a gross countertop, rug is very matted down...
Staff does seem bothered by any issues you bring up, but will be the first to contact you when your rent is late!
No 24 hr. emergency # to call if there is a problem.
Pros:
Clean hallways and common areas.
Building looks great on the outside.
Great windows - when it's not winter.
Price of rent is great, although during the Winter heat your heat bill is so expensive b/c of the drafts.

Great, so it's not just me who has problems with the management. Today, we called about not having any hot water in our apartment (it's been two days), and we were practically hung up on.
