I have to say the staff was nice to you when they found out you were in the market for an apartment... once you signed that lease it was a whole different story. The staff took forever to get everything finalized then we moved in and that's when the nightmares began. So we decided after a year to move to a two bedroom from our studio - a different building so we thought it would be better. We were wrong. The people in our building were RUDE and inconsiderate. One couple cooked horribly smelling food and insisted on leaving their door open when they did so, so guess what? Our apartment smelled bad too! The water temp and pressure was awful and the noise was the worst. Inconsiderate people in our parking lots and talking loudly and smoking in front of our windows. I don't recommend this place unless you are a college kid looking for a cheap apartment and are not looking to stay more than a year. I have to say once we told them we were leaving I had to stand in front of that receptionist (who by the way has no clue how to do her job) and beg for my security check back. THE APARTMENT WAS CLEANER WHEN WE MOVED OUT THEN IT WAS WHEN WE MOVED IN! Stay away and pay the extra money for a much much better place!
