Horrible place to live!! Leaking hot water heaters leaving people 3-4 days without hot water at a time due to lazy maintenance. This happens to all new tenants. Cheap hot water heater, once you shut one off and turn it back on they leak. Plus the cheap things cost $$ to run on your dollar!!
Smokers paradise, heck some hippy smokes all the time in the hallway. Lease states no pets, everyone has them. Lease also states no personal property in hallways. Crazy hippy smoker has his chair right in the hallway. He even uses the space between the window and the window screen as his own personal ashtray!
24 hour emergency line my ass... useless call center!!
Cheap rent - You get what you pay for... nadda, but tons of smoke.
