This is the worst place to live in, my husband motorcycle was stolen one month after we moved in, dont exitate to ask about what they call cameras because we went to get the video from that night and they they had spider webs so the police could not use it. then my aunt car was crashed and any camera were focusing to were the car was, then the four car wheels with tires were stolen and the car was next to the front door and the camera cound not see it because i was dark.
I came from school at 10 pm every nigh and since i moved in they are ordering a new ligh for the parking lot, so i ask them what if something happens to me there, the say we are sorry butn u have to call the police, but we are supostly to have patrol control but if they see something going on they are not suppost to do anything just call the police, so WHY ARE THEY HERE FOR''''''
My apartment had a filtration of water twice from the 3rd floor, they had the filters running for 2 days and they did not helped me pay for the electricity. OOO i almost forge and during winter time you better wake up at 7.00 am and move your car or they towed attowed away without asking you, and if they want to take your car because they couldn't see the sticker they do it. i had to pay @113 dollars to get my car out, then the toweng conpany that they deal with star insulting me vervally because i went to the leasing office to ask about my car that was towed, i accepted i was so upset because the least they can do is check the car plates and look the apatment and let they know. but they just love taking peoples cars away. so i recomend you to LOOK SOMEWEHER ELSE EXEPT AT RIVER PLACE TOWERS...

During the winter they plow the parking lot the day after a snow storm, notices are posted on the front door, in the lobbies, by the elevators and a notice is slipped under every apartment door about when each lot is going to be plowed and when you have to move your car. Every single notice warns that they will tow cars that are left in the lot and that they won't call people to move their cars. There are 400 apartments in the complex, it is impossible to call every one . . . People who don't move their cars for plowing make life miserable for everyone in the complex and I don't understand what is so difficult about responding to the rules.
