I live in 96 University Ave., so UMASS Lowell is just right across the street. Anyway, the apt. is REALLY old, so as its appliances. I love baking, but the oven NEVER work well. Also, the heater is old, and cannot warm up our rooms, so we need to have "personal heaters" (the little ones for personal offices) in our bedrooms. Besides, there were mice in Winter, and small bugs in Summer. Oh, the hot water system seems to be working uncontrollably sometimes, too--VERY hot water might come out when you just turn for cold water, esp. in Summer.
There are so many times that we need things to be fixed, however, the maintenance guy(s) usually come quickly-- within 3 days after the problems have been reported.
