Lived on Gershom Ave for one year, both toilets were broken and we got an attitude every time the guy came over to "fix" it. He actually told us to throw our used toilet paper in the garbage rather than the toilet. Constant loud, obnoxious bs from the college kids. Our apartment was stumbled into by drunken idiots as least a dozens times over the course of the 6 months we lived there. Thin walls, cops banging on doors trying to shut up the kids at 3AM every night, moldy walls in the basement, rats, garbage scattered everywhere in the back porch. The list goes on. The worst experience I have ever had renting in 8 years of doing so. These people are swine and should be treated as such.
