My roomates and myself rented from Universal for 1 year and we thought they were a very reasonable with their rents and overall apartment conditions were very good. We lived at 133 University Ave #3 on north campus. The apartment was 1100 month and divided by 4 guys was not bad at all. It was 275 per guy. Keep in mind for college students our unit was awesome. We thought for the price and what we got was a great deal. They always took care of any repairs we needed immediatley when asked. It was not the four seasons or the Ritz but we would rate it a solid 9 on a scale of 1 to 10.
