I have lived here in lowell under Universals management and I am not impressed or even satisfied. The only way they will do any work is when they are threatened by tennants who will call local inspectors or lawsuits. This is a family run company and you can tell. The company never enforces any sanctions on its family employees who act against tennants and argue and threaten tennants. I have not been threatened in any way but have watched verbal disputes almost turn into full fist fights.
