Very unhappy with UPM

UPM caters to lower socio-economic tenants and estates. What UPM offers is poorly managed and run-down apartments. Once you sign a lease you should not expect any further assistance without asking (demanding, actually) more than once. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH UPM.
