I have lived here for 10 1/2 years and things have gone downhill drastically. It used to be a great place to live... and now, be be completely honest, it sucks!
The new management couldn't care less about it's tenants. The old management atleast cared/had respect for the people living here, by making sure carpets were replace, apts painted, ect...
Now, They apparently have no budget for anything. The poor maintence crew are constantely called about things that need to be replaced and their hands are tied...
They have cut the visitor parking in 1/2, making it very difficult to have any holidays here (there is never enough parking for family) and they are very free about towing people. (personally, I think they either get their jollys from it or get some kind of a cut of it... the tow company can take credit cards, but, not when towed from Westminster village)... Hmmmm, I wonder why.
Their snow policy (moving cars) is not too bad, except, that is when they tow you because you are in an "unplowed spot"... and there is almost NO SNOW on the ground. This costs the car's owner $110.00 (if they can get to the tow company the same day). Then to add insult to injury... they will NOT let you have a copy of the pics without a summons for them (because, in their words, the pictures are their property)... Hmmmm.... they will let you look at them... If they are in the right, can someone please tell me why they won't allow the tenant a copy of the picture of their car, in the supposed "unplowed spot"...
Don't even get me started with the drugs, alcohol and little punks around here.. not to mention, the only security we have is a man in is 60's '''' 70's '''
Personally, I think they couldn't care less because there is such a long waiting list to get into this place. Renter beware... get all the facts before you decide to move here. It does have it's benefits, but, make sure you are also aware of the BS that comes along with living here. Talk to people who live or lived here recently before making your decision.
I would move if I could afford to, in a heartbeat. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
