Since the new management has come in this place has gone downhill and keeps going down hill.
One of the issues I have with this place is the parking. There is not enough visitor parking and they tow like crazy. When I first moved in here visitors were allowed to park anywhere until a certain time. Now they are forced to park in visitor parking at all times but there isn't many spaces provided. My parents had come by one day and parked the next parking spot over from visitor and my son let us know that they were going to tow his car. My father had the "manager" come up and he was very cocky and arrogant to my father. He had the nerve to tell my father that he was old and confused but his vehicle was still going to be towed. A few days after this incident I was in the office and a woman had come in asking who would be taking her to get her car because they had just towed it. She was told that she would have to find her own way. She explained that she was a visiting nurse and had her placard in the windshield that states she's a visiting nurse. They said "Oh Well, you should've parked in a visitor spot and that the resident should have told her that." The woman went on to explain that when she got into her clients home she had to call 911 and wouldn't have been able to move her car even if the client told her where to park. Again they said "Oh Well." I thought how can someone be so cold. How could management treat there residents like this. A visiting nurse should have no restrictions to their parking rules. Next they'll be trying to tow the ambulances, police cars and fire trucks if they're not parked in visitor.
My second issue is that my neighbor across the hall who is not supposed to have a dog brings her Pitbull here. I like dogs and grew up with dogs but an apartment complex is no place for a Pitbull. On top of bringing her pitbull here she told me to my face that her dog doesn't like kids and I have 2 kids. Another neighbor who has a little mutt was told that this pitbull would attack her dog. I said something to the Manager and I was told that if they don't see the dog nothing can be done. So now I'm nervous every time I open the door to come into the building worrying if this dog is on the other side and if my toddler will get her face ripped off. I am looking into how I can get this issue resolved with higher authorities but I shouldn't have to do that.
I am hoping to get the hell out of here as soon as I possibly can but it's difficult to find affordable housing.

Your totally right!! And I think Robert is getting a kickback from the towing company. We should start a tenants rights association!! We should complain to the owners about Robert.
