I've been here 11 years and have seen many changes. The maintenance staff is fantastic! They respond quickly and are always available. The office staff is a different story. Patrice is awesome...she has been here forever...the rest of the office staff..suck...to point it plainly. The assistant manager, Robert, is an arrogant little prick. Talks down to everyone, very condesendning and will say one thing to your face and do something completely different. I cannot think of one person who lives here that thinks he is doing a good job. I wish the owner in NY would take a look at him and have him replaced ASAP! The old management made sure apts were painted and carpets replaced in a timely fashion. My carpets have not been replaced in 11 years.... there is a ton of mold in my carpets causing alot of medical issues for me and my family. But, there is no "budget" for the carpets as of now. There is very little visitor parking... it is almost impossible to have any kind of holiday here because they tow like crazy. The new management isn't very personable (except for Patrice... I cannot stress enough how wonderful she is!!!!).

If you are planning on moving here... please be aware of all the negative BS around here.
