The new management goes out of their way to be pains and make life difficult for eeveryone. Robert is an arrogant jerk and I think he is getting kickbacks from the towing company for towing visitors cars from the parking lot. It could be a nice place without this management staff. We should start a tenants rights association, it's a right guaranteed by the Federal Government. The maintenance staff is excellent,

I believe this management is getting a huge kickback for towing vehicles. The visiting parking area is very small for the huge amount of apartments that are in this complex. This is a federally funded subsidized housing complex and I don't believe this management is complying with federal regulations. They do not answer questions honestly and deny receiving U.S. postal mail. They ignore voice mail messages and they will not release information about the waiting list. The maintenance staff is excellent and the apartments are maintained well. The federal tax payers have generously funded this region with revenue that should have no honest law abiding family,woman or child,homeless. Our congressional delegates should oversee that the agencies in this region and the manangement staff of these complexes are honest and law abiding. They have jobs and they should appreciate those positions. I will not allow Mr.Ortiz or any of his staff members to discriminate, under any circumstance. If you are concerned with how it is our federal tax dollars should service the "homeless" within the Commonwealth of MA, please contact Congressional Delegate Niki Tsongas. Her staff have been requested to contact President Obama. This region has allowed "corruption" to interfere with many a process. The Boston Regional Office of "HUD" should be internally investigated by this administration if we wish to witness genuine, "changes" and choices. Sincerely, Elizabeth A.
