The visitor parking is almost non-existent, there are a few areas around the complex with 7-8 spaces and at the front of the complex with approximately 20 (give or take) spaces. Realizing that, I don't know why it would be so difficult to go back to the policy of no parking after a designated time. Since the parking lots are practically empty during the day that would alleviate the home care people and visiting nurses, etc. from getting towed.
