Great place, but..... - I lived at Boott Mills for over a year. The building and apartments were beautiful, the management was friendly, and the maintenance crew was reliable. OK - I read all the reviews for this building and knowing that it sounded like a crappy place, I decided to move in anyway because its close to school and downtown.. Very unhappy with UPM UPM caters to lower socio-economic tenants and estates. What UPM offers is poorly managed and run-down apartments. Once you sign a lease you should not expect any further assistance without asking (demanding, actually) more than once. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH UPM.

Don't move here!! The new management goes out of their way to be pains and make life difficult for eeveryone. Robert is an arrogant jerk and I think he is getting kickbacks from the towing company for towing visitors cars from the parking lot. It could be a nice place without this management
