BEDBUGS If you don't have them, garunteed you will get them. I've been there for almost 6 yrs never have them before but they travelled to our place the last year we were there. When moved out had to throw away our 4 yrs old couch and bed (cost almost $2000 from Jordan). It sucks.

Very unhappy with UPM UPM caters to lower socio-economic tenants and estates. What UPM offers is poorly managed and run-down apartments. Once you sign a lease you should not expect any further assistance without asking (demanding, actually) more than once. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH UPM.
