	Forget all those negative rumors. This is a nice place to live if you need affordable housing! I've seen other subsidized housing and Neptune puts most of them to shame.

	I wouldnt recommend to live here unless you are desperate. The staff is totally in your business, very RUDE and very insulting to ones intelligence. The building hasnt been updated in 30 years, the pantry is so ugly and outdated ... more
