	Bad service... Liaaaaaaaaaaarsssss... They talk with no application. The management is abcsent, they r never there when you need them and they don?t even reply to your messages. Too much noise in the building, a lot of kids ... more

	I strongly suggest that anyone who wants to move in to reconsider. If you have a leaking faucet, if the building´s washing machine is broken, if you want to change roommate, it takes months. Why? Because you will never ... more

	We moved in a little over 1 year ago. The carpet and stove ect. were in good shape. But the building manager replaced everythign for us without our requesting- we got brand new carpeting, fridge, A/C, sink cabinate and blinds ... more

	Location is excellent to downtown Boston and all other major attractions. A definite plus to have hot water, gas and heat included in the rent. Downside was not getting the important things in the apt. replaced/repaired as needed ... more
