If you like the Ghetto life and living under the management of slumlords, with druggies and alcoholics as your neighbors, well then, YES, this is the place to be.

ounce in a while I visit my relative there and she has a real ghetto spanish from puerto Rico I was told next door.worst people never seen in my life.Don't care about neighbors,play loud music every single NIGHT with no consideration for his own kids(1girl,1boy).Boyfriend seem to be unemployed as he sleeps ALL DAY and DRINK, play LOUD MUSIC every single NIGHT w/o consideration for the working neighbors.I've advise my relative to have the management throw them out! NO GOOD for the community.This SUCKS!!!
