Property under new management but has a lot of work to do. New management group says that there's a major renovation planned for sometime late fall or early winter. I'll beleieve it when I see it. We have heard this for years.

However, even after a couple of months we can already see a positive improvement. Property cleaned up, grass is being maintained and when you ask for something to be fixed, it gets fixed. What an idea. It may be too soon for baloons and parades but it seams like our little corner of the world is getting a little brighter.
