I have been a resident for quite some time now and have been an acting President of the Bowdoin Residents Organization. We are currently working with the soon to be new owners and have seen major improvement since they came on board as the management company. The maintenance requests are promptly completed and fixed (that is really an accomplishment). The staff (both office, management and maintenance are approachable, friendly and courteous.

I realize many people can't believe that the days of unhealthy, unsafe and unsanitary conditions are a thing of the past, well to them all I can say is "Wait and See". Bowdoin Apartments will once again be a place that people will be proud to say that's where I live.
