Each unit is pretty big and building is only a few decades old. Carpet, kitchen cabinets, closets are relatively new. It has big windows and balcony. And location is okay. So if you are looking to escape from hundreds year old brick buildings of boston downtown, this is a choice.



The management sucks however. They never clean parking lot or drive way after snow. Each winter, the parking lot is a mess after snow. People have to struggle by themselves to get their cars out.



The carabetta management sucks, and they dont care a thing about tenant. I was in the waiting list for 1 year before I got a parking space. Not because there isnt any available, but because management doesnt know which ones are availabe. I called the manager at least once a month, each time the manager told me she was too busy to arrange the parking lot, we need to wait till she got time. I?m a person with a lot patience, but one day I felt I couldnt stand this anymore and told them I can?t wait becuase of such stupid reasons. And after that my phone call is not answered any more, and they dont return my message. Today I got a parking space but it?s been 12 months of wait.



And another thing that bothers me is there?re too many kids in this building. Those kids are adorable but they scream, cry and jump a lot. Every night I can hear my heart shaking while the kids are jumping and running in the hallway.



Generally, I?m satisfied with the harware of this building but the software of the building is one of the worst.
