I lived in Malden Towers for 3 years. I recently moved out because of a serious mold problem in my apartment on the ground floor. Their AC was not working correctly which caused condensate to build up causing the mold. The management would not allow the local public health department to do an inspection of mold. When I finally decided to move out because my daughter was getting cronically sick prior to me lease expiration, I have a heck of a time getting my security deposit back.

The management is horrible!!! They do not listen to any of your concerns. They take forever to fix broken thing such as washer/ dryers but keep painting the wall a thousand times to make the building "look" good. Sure the buildings looks good but most of the things within it is broken.

They ignore faxes, telephone calls, and emails. They are experts at denial!

Move here if you like headaches and loosing money.

and to think...I thought I was the only one they like to ignore. I call get a rude receptionist then get connected to voicemails! I leave messages and no one ever will return calls! Also women working in collections office are VERY VERY RUDE

And there are rats running around in the rooms during the night, the elevators often go down so tenents on those top levels can expect carrying there stuff all the way. The management of these apartments really sucks!
