Enough is said about the Carabetta Management...and its truely the worst management ever.

To be frank, the only reason people are still bearing and staying in the Malden Towers building is the maintainance man they have. He is the only sincere man of the Carabetta Management. He patiently hears to any apartment complaints you might have, attends to the same and is a man of true principles.

However, since he is the ONLY maintainance man Carabetta has for around 100 apartments, it is difficult for him too.

Had it not been for him half of us would not have been living here today !!...whew !!

Carabetta has at least5 Maintenance Men working for them. Malden Towers also has a very good manager in the office and the building has no vacancies. If it were not a good place to live wouldn't there be empty apartments?

yeah kind of the one's ran in Revere on the beach, 60% vacant the only reason the apartments that filled in Malden because it filled with illegal immigramts, mostly Brazilin few other countries, most have one legit tenant who is on the lease and the other people are there renting out rooms or they section off the living room and make it another bedroom in which each head will pay somewhere from $400 to $600, but what does the management team care, as long as they get there money.

Carabetta= bad business They are rude and could care less about their tenants

I worked in the office on Revere Beach. Kiki Carabetta is the one who runs the show. All Employees are directed from her and you had better listen or else. I don't know why she keeps the revere buildings unoccupied but I beleive its done for a tax write off. She doesn't care about the residents or the emplyees. But her 9 year old son has an entire apartment as his playroom this woman is sick
