Rent does not include water & gas which alone came to 250- 300 $ every month during the major part of the year. In one month, water bill came to 250 when the apt was vacant for half month ! Ridiculous meters, no gym, swimming pool and no parking space if you have any visitors even on the street side. There are a lot of apartments with bugs including ours. This apartment complex stands next to the rail track and the noise level is very high especially when commuter trains cross.
Admin staff totally non-cooperative.
