This place is a joke. The walls are so thin that we hear our neighbors' conversations. If they have a bass, your walls shake. You can hear noise from 2 apartments away (no joke). There is no security guard here since Archstone took over and management does nothing about the noise. Cars are broken into regularly. People smoke in the stairwells all the time. There is graffiti in the elevators, which are broken half the time. I even saw a teenager pee on the outside wall once. The rent goes up and up and up every year, even as the management takes away amenities. The equipment in the fitness center is always broken because kids in the neighborhood that don't live here come in and use it and break it. Oh, and if you don't like hot weather, air conditioning is only available from mid-June (if you're lucky) to early September. This place smells like smoke, sounds like a nightclub, makes you sweat through hot nights, and is not a very safe place to park your car.
