Think about it, how many people take time out of their day to compiment their landlord. If things are good then that's what we are paying for. Read the last review and it hits all the key points of all the previous negitive (and ACCURATE) reviews. None of the other tenants would take the time to review and correct previous e-mails.

All of my neighbors know how wrote the previous e-mils but none of us know any tenant that admits to writing that last review. Do yourself a favor, come by and ask some of the tenants when they are entering and exiting the building what they think. Just don't do it around the manager or leasing agent, no one wants to be the next one to get a 15-20% increase.

I'm serious, if question the management on anything then you're on the sh-- list. You don't get your maintenance issues resolved on time and the next time you come up for a lease renewal, watch out! Ouch they sock it to you.

As I said before be careful in believing all the possitive results/reviews, they are made by the management staff!
