I agree with the positive review, but...

I live in this building and have my ups and down with it. I actually know the author of the positive review, because I'm their roommate. Unfortunately, I am sick of the way the building has been managed lately, especially when during the x-mas holiday, we didn't have hot water at times during the day. That problem didn't get fixed until new years eve. :(
The rest of the building is ok. The elevators have been working lately and nothing in our apt has been breaking or malfunctioning. There are no rats here either (I don't know about the first floor) but it seems to be pretty clean. The worse part for me is the trash, because it seems to always be clogged and stinks up the hallways.
