worst apartment ever!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/10/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   Charles Daniels has been the worst apartment I have lived in, and I've lived in many. The noise is a huge problem, with little help from any of the multiple office managers that have come through here. The halls are often dirty, and trash is backed up into the halls on weekends, causing a pest problem. My car was stolen right from the parking lot next to the building. There is no security, or cameras. Children also run around halls at all hours. Forget attempting to use the pool, you'll have to compete with the neighborhood kids. My advice, pass on Charles Daniels. It looks okay, but looks are deceiving in this case. You can find a much nicer place in the area for the amount it costs to live here.
