DON'T MOVE INTO CLIFFSIDE!!!!!

Hi, I am so glad to find this apartment ratings website. So you can learn from my bad experience and not move in to Cliffside Commons.
1.) it's far too expensive for what you get: I paid $1350/month for a 1 bedroom (2001-2002) and I could hear all the neigbors around me, and my window faced the cliff going up behind the apartment.
One of the selling points for me was that there was a hottub. So I assumed I would be getting fair use of that hottub. After I moved in, I found out it wasn't open yet. then when it was finally opened, They would lock it up at 10pm. I'm a working professional, I work late, then excercise, oftentimes not getting home till after 10, when I want to sit in a hottub the most. Then after I had used it a couple times, it broke, and never opened again till after I moved out.
2.) The water: the water is hard, and I was the first person to move into my unit, the water heater was turned up all the way, but somehow the shower mixed in cold water so that I could only have lukewarm showers. I complained, and maintenance staff "calibrated" my shower to lukewarm again.
3.)restrictive lease: maybe it was just massachussetts, but there were so many rules, like you can't have a guest over for more than 10 days without telling management, and you're bound to finish your yearlong lease unless you pay an exhorbatent lease breaking fee.
4.)security/fire: the fire alarms go off all the time, cars constantly get vandalized/stolen in the parking lot.
