Generally for all first impression is the best impression. If you move this apt community you will get negative impression first. I didn't review the aptrantings.com review regarding the review about this community and so fell as prey. Management office people will talk nicely before move, after move they are arrogant and will not talk properly. They will tow your vehicle even if you are moving freshly, if you ask why, there is no sticker. Who will think about sticker while moving the luggages. Management office will not update the security people with proper vehicle info so the poor guy will tow the vehicle then will come to know it is management office which is not functioning properly. They are so much worried about their commission not about the well being off people. Who cares well being about residents as long as they get commission, who cares. Main office will not return your call, if you give complaint.

Do not do mistake. Review first about any apartments in aptratings.com and then decide. People who ever giving rating they will give after extra care and with the pain/happiness they are having or had in the apartment.
