I live on the ground floor. I have almost 1300sq ft. Walk in robe two bathrooms. Everything is new and in great working condition. The management office is run by four women who are not only super pleasant but very efficient. The maintenance guy is also very nice and will help whenever possible. I have never heard the fire alarm and I have lived here six months. I have never heard any noise from kids and I don't hear my neighbours in the bathroom or anywhere else. When it snowed they plowed 24hours and we asked the tractor driver to plow our spots, so the morning journey might be easier. The water is always hot and everything seems to work. My only bad review is that its not downtown, where I used to live beforehand. I chose cliffside because I needed parking and this was the nicest apartment building within a ten mile radius of the city.
