New Modern Apartments

The Good:



Great complex! It was built last year, nice gym, pool, common areas, professional management staff.



Apartments are bright, and very modern. Full size washer and dryer is a HUGE plus. Bathrooms are huge, and everything is well laid out. Also many different layouts/color schemes to choose from.



The Cliffside staff is great, always responding to any requests.



The Bad:



Expensive for the Malden area.



Area right around the complex is not the greatest ("The Palace" nightclub is on the same road)



Traffic into Boston from this area can be a nightmare, and public transit is really not an option.
