Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Pros:
1. Washer/Dryer in unit. With two yourg ones at home, this is a blessing.
2. Maintenance is prompt.
3. Units are spacious and well laid out. Bathroom are huge and awesome.
4. Accessible by T

Cons:
1. You can hear neighhors
2. Neighborhood is not very good.
3. The trash compactors are usually full ( the lower the floor worse is the problem)
