Don't be fooled by the looks of the place. It's definitely not worth it. I've lived here for a year and can't move out soon enough. What they don't tell you when you're signing a lease is that the fire alarms go off at 2:00 in the morning and sometimes continue until 3:00. To date, I have had no explanation of this occurrence and have made many complaints. The only comment I received from management was that the problem used to be worse when the building was built. Also, the way they designed the building causes the apartments facing the garages (I don't know about the others) to loose heat and hot water during the winter when a storm comes and the wind blows. This is because the wind keeps on blowing the pilot light out. We were without heat and hot water on the coldest days of the winter. Lastly, the management has now idea what is going on and you are unable to get any problems resolved from them timely. It took us about 2 1/2 weeks for the office to determine that they lost our rent check and then blamed it on us. Lastly, there's hardly ever a manager here and no one can give you a straight answer. You've got to love Ch. 93A!
