I have lived here for 2 1/2 years. I used to work extremly long hours and did not notice many problems. Now I work more social hours and have come to realise in the last 8 months that this place is not worth the money they charge. Walls are thin so you here neighbors on both sides, A/C is terrible, garbage shoot is always full. Fire alarm is constantly going off, I complained on several occasion regards this and was told there was nothing they could do, even though it had gone off 42 times since new years, it was only when I threatened to report this matter to the city that something was done. Pool area is generally dirty and gets cleaned once per week. Whirlpool has not worked in months, gym is not weel equiped and cardio machines are forever out of service. Staff are very pleasant up front but tend to lack any follow through on requests. Seems like the tennancy has been changing recently to a younger and more divers group which I feel is leading to mucgh of these problems, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. This is not sour grapes, but my truthfull thoughts on this place, as I said I have been here 2 1/2 years but thankfully will be moving out shortly
