OMG! It seems lately that the section 8 gates have opened wide up and a SEA of loud, abnoxious people that don't speak english have invaded Cliffside!
They should rename it to "Luxury, low income living for the working impaired"
If you move here you will absolutely regret it! Be prepared for nasty people who don't wipe down gym equip after use, littered corridors and.. OMG the smell of rotten foreign food that stinks up the halls for weeks on end. Or maybe the smell is becuase there isn't enough hot water to properly bathe'
If you don't speak english, need subsodized housing or are generally a smelly loud dirtball.. this is the place for you ( apparently ).
Management rocks... but there hands are bound from accepting quality applicants. Parking is difficult... but acceptable. Lot's of illegally parked and out of state vehicles with no consequences.
Will bet that in 3 years this will become some sort of project or government living quarters.
