I have lived here for 2 1/2 years, and aside from the common noise complaints, I can only say positive things about the building.

In response to what some of the other commenters have written, the AC, heat and hot water have always worked great...no problems at all. As far as one person's comments on hard water...that is a town-wide situation, and not at all specific to this building. I have a 2-bedroom apartment, which is nearly 1100 sq ft, larger than some single family homes. The washer and dryer in the apartment are great, as is the open concept kitchen/living area. I have been in touch with the office staff MANY times for maintenance issues, and the problems are usually corrected before I arrive back home from work at the end of the day.

I have had more than one incident with rude, unruly neighbors, which I brought to the attention of management, and the people DID get evicted from the building.

The noise, however, is a problem here. The building was built to comply with fire code, not exceed any requirements, so there is not a firewall between each apartment. I hear everything that goes on in my neighbor's bedroom, which is not pleasant. The sinks in the bathrooms are also very small, which is a nuisance.

The only other complaint I have is that some ignorant people who live here steal other tenants' newspapers on a regular basis. But, that really is a reflection of the tenants, not management.

I would recommend looking at these apartments and keeping in mind that the noise levels are not what most of us would like.
