Was a nice place until new management From: tenant10000 Date posted: 5/18/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   We have been living here for almost two years now. Three months ago the building was bought and the management changed. Since then, the things have been getting from Ok to very bad. I will list a few: 1) Most elevators are full of graffiti. 2) Carpets on hallways used to be cleaned, now it seems they don't do that anymore. They look dirty all he time. 3) Parking is horrible. Sometimes when you come back home there is literally no parking available. 4) Landscaping (planting of flowers and making the building look nice) is almost none. Some people came to cut the grass a few days ago, but that was it. Last year, the building was nicely decorated with plants and flowers, and you could see the maintenance people commited to make the building look nice. 5) The quality of the people that are being accepted as tenants has just deteriorated.
