I moved in this past April, and I'm not sure what the person in the July 7th review is talking about. The building manager isn't named Marisa and the building has 4 elevators, and there is no common garage, so I think that person posted to the wrong property.
My experience has been fine so far. I have heard about some of the problems going on, but I've also heard about lots of stuff going on in Malden that has nothing to do with this place, I think it's a neighborhood problem, not a management problem. I chose to live in Malden knowing its reputation, so i live with the crime you get on the north shore. Maintenance has been great, and I've seen a lot of improvements in the building going on, so I know they're working on things all the time. I've talked with some of my neighbors and they feel the same way. My apartment is nice, and nothing bad has happened to me. I like the place, and I like the people. Plus, they do stuff for the tenants all the time, we had candy delivered to our apartment once that I think everybody got, and they have all kinds of activities, even though I have never been to one because I work too much. I think they are getting a bad rap.

Yes, but this place should have a better security system other than an old person driving in a car.. that way, you could go to bed knowing that nothing is going to happen to your car or no one is going to break into your apartment. Remember not too long ago, the management sent a note asking us not to even "walk alone in the hallways" because it is dangerous!?? Give me a nreak! We shouldn't live like this! paying the amount of money I am paying.
