Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
Over the past 3 years the office staff has gone through several changes. Unfortunately for the worse, many problems are ocurring.
There is no lifeguard this year and the maintenance is virtually nonexistant.
Garbage piles up over the weekends and the outside archway fills with beer cans and butts. The pool is hardly ever cleaned and it shows. The apartments are very small for over 2 occupants. When the complex was originally built the management was enticing business-oriented people. Now almost anybody is accepted. Malden's newest apartments have been dragged into the gutters. Too bad.
