I've been living here for over a year now so I think I've had enough time to rate this place. Although most of the staff would have you think that the area is safe and quiet, ask them how many of them live in the building. There are many nights where you can hear screeching cars and motorcycles right outside your windows, not to mention the yelling (in many foreign toungues). Inside isn't much better:the residents crank up their stereos, run up and down the hallways, leave garbage in the elevators and halls, etc. If you tell the management about it they'll patronize you and tell you that they'll speak to the offenders but don't hold your breath. The only staff that really seems to be making an effort are the maintenance guys (I've seen two around) and Mark in the office. Trust me, look elsewhere before settling on Cliffside.
