Good place. Security may be a tad weak

I was here for a few months and a friend of mine lived here for a year and a bit. Overall, pretty good. The apartments are clean and excellently maintained. Whenever you do call maintenance they are quick to respond. The rent is good if you stay the 12/14 month period and get the discount. Unfortunately I had to break the lease and pay through my nose. The office staff are polite and not extra friendly - dont expect them to bend any rules or give out any concessions. On the evening we moved in we noticed that the security guard was fast asleep (oblivious to us) and I had my car broken into once as well.
