At first when we saw this place, we thought it looked amazing. However, we've been here three short months and we already hate it! The fire alarm has gone off at least once a week, and one night it went off all night (no sleep), one time after another. The front door is constantly broken, so the keycards aren't needed much of the time. We also have mice. The maintenance guys have been in here (after a week of begging), and all they did was set two traps. There are still mice! There is no jacuzzi as advertised, and there is no continental breakfast either. The pool is only 4 feet deep and always infested with unsupervised children. When we moved it, the water was brown for several weeks before anyone would come take a look. Finally, they replaced the water heater. Also, they assigned us an apartment number prior to moving in, so that we could arrange for mail, bills, etc. to be forwarded here. Imagine our disappointment when we came with the moving truck and were led to a different apartment. When we asked about the mistake, they barely made an apology, and we were left to deal with all the change of address BS all over again. Finally, on at least three occasions, the front desk has accepted a package on my behalf, and then didn't inform me for a week. Their response: "well, you could check in every few days to see if there's a package."
