We've been here a few years.
It's more than we'd like to pay, and the area is certainly not ideal, but it's usually clean (problems with keeping clean due to other tenants who can't be bothered with disposing of their garbage in the garbage rooms) and any problems in the apartment are dealt with immediately. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment is great.
We hardly ever hear our neighbors and our heating bills are very low due to the thick masonary walls
