Have been here a short time, took a while to be able to move here, the apartment and facilities as well as staff, leasing and maintenence are well above what one would expect. My coming here was one of the best moves I could have ever made, Apartment is beautiful, bright and cheerful. Entrance, layout, pool, gym, this year beautifully updated community room (w/computer cafe and wide screen tv) not completely installed, security, mail room in/out, buzzer and intercom accessible, exceptionally clean, trash compactor room on each floor, and on a rarity noisy with some everyday hustle and bustle, ca is also a plus.

It depends on which building you live in if your intercom works. The one in my building has not been programmed for about half a year so if you moved in in that time you always have to leave your apartment and go downstairs to let anyone into the building. When you visit understand that the ENTIRE parking lot is for residents except for the little elevated section. Many times it's a long walk to even get into the building with your groceries.
