We just moved in a month ago, and so far it's decent. The pool is not always open, but the pool attendant is very nice. When the pool is open, it's full of screaming, running kids, but that's normal for a community pool. Minus the screaming kids running up and down the halls in the afternoon hours, the building is decently quiet. Hopefully the rent does not go up next year. There is lots of room in the one bedroom apartments. The people who lived in our apartment before us were very dirty and the staff did not do a good job of cleaning, espeically the bathroom, but we have managed to clean it ourselves.
