We recently moved out of this place after living there for a year. The prices are so high when compared to the very low services of the management. Noisy neighbors and loud music even late in the week nights, very disturbing to out little ones. No proper response from the staff. Access cards to the building often don't work and if you have a problem with your garage access card over the weekend then it is a nightmare. Security person says that garage is not part of their building, hence cannot help.

Overall not worth the money when compared to other places in Malden area.
