I just renewed my lease last month, and so far I have not had any complaints. The apartments are nice, they keep the property well maintained and the amenities are nice too. It is pricey, and the managers could be a little friendlier, but as far a most of the other complaints on the board, they seem a little exagerrated. The walls are pretty thick so I dontrealy hear the noise, and anytime something has broken or I need something fixed, it is done pretty much right away. And the lease does say that there are penalties for breaking the lease early, btw. The parking is the only thing that is extreme to me, but I dont use it, so I cant complain. I feel safe and secure in these apartments, also.
