I lived at Granada Highlands 8 years. It was a nice place to live when owned by the Flately Company. It had a real sense of community.
That all changed when the property was sold to Equity Residential.
Never before have I met such an assemblage of lying swine. From top to bottom, management stinks. They should be ashamed of themselves. They will promise you the world, and then fail deliver on everything. GET IT IN WRITING!
They are completely unattentive to your needs and requests. The complex went from being an oasis in the city to a village of section 8's; neighbors not caring about how outrageous their behavior is, totally lacking any consideration for your rights. Management cares only about filling the units, not caring what moves in.
The place is a pit, falling down, in dire need of maintenance and complete renovations.
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
