I lived at Granada Highlands for 3 years. When I got a request to renew my lease I called the management office anonymously and inquired about the current rates for a one bedroom. The rate was $270 LESS than what I was paying. That is a lot of money as far as I am concerned. I went and tried to get a lower rate and was unsuccessful. They said I could have a new carpet because I told them mine was crap. At this point I said I was leaving. They did not care. A few weeks before I was to move they called and tried to bargain with me. No way. I moved out at the end of November and was told my security deposit would be mailed within 30 days. 6 weeks later I still did not recieve it. This is against the law in this state I found out. Once again they did not care, the office refused to speak to me and told me to call some other number. So much for customer service. When I finally did get it, I was charged for carpet replacement!!!! It was crappy when I moved in!!! And they offered to replace it, and then charge me'''''
Well overall I liked it when I lived there, maintence was great , the apartment was big and spacious. But over the 3 years a lot changed, and not for the better.
